Van Gogh was an artist who used a lot of oil paints to make his work. He was known for having mental health issues. Many people believed he was crazy. Van Gogh used Impressionism in his work. This is when you use lines going in different directions. In this painting you can see how he used it to make this painting look real. This picture uses a lot of fall colors and really shows the time of year which i like. The paint is really thick in the cloud which also make it look real.
