This painting is called "Three Ice Cream Cones", this painting is from 1964, and it was one of Wayne's first paintings at Crown Point press. I chose this painting because it is very simplistic, colorless and detailed. the painting shows the cones in a stand, and the shadows of such. I think it is interesting that we don't see the light source behind the cones, but are able to understands that is is there. The cones are not all the exact same, and that shows realism.
