Rembrandt The Stone Bridge

Rembrandt created this painting titled, The Stone Bridge around 1638. The Stone Bridge is different than his other paintings. It is different in the way that he usually only painted portraits. It is one of the only Dutch landscapes Rembrandt painted. It is literally the calm before the storm and I like how realistic the sky looks and how the people were rowing back to shore. I also like the color contrast he used to portray the approaching storm.
